Accounts
You must give accurate information, including your real National ID and company details. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members.
RFQs and quotations
Every RFQ is reviewed by our staff before publication. Quotations are binding offers for their stated validity period. Submitting a quotation uses connection points as shown at the time.
Purchase orders
An approved quotation creates a purchase order. Buyers and suppliers are responsible for delivery, payment and tax obligations between them; the platform is not a party to the sale.
Supplier conduct
Suppliers must complete KYC and keep it current. We may warn, suspend or blacklist suppliers for fraud, poor performance or breach of these terms; appeals are available.
Prohibited use
No illegal goods, fake quotations, bid rigging, harassment, scraping or attempts to bypass security.
Liability
The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by Bangladeshi law, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; disputes fall under the courts of Dhaka.
