Who we are

Easy Buy Sell is a B2B reverse e-commerce platform in Bangladesh connecting buyers and suppliers through RFQs, quotations and purchase orders.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, phone, National ID), company data (name, address, BIN, TIN, trade licence and other KYC documents), and business activity (RFQs, quotations, messages, purchase orders, ratings).

Technical data such as sign-in times needed to keep your account secure.

Why we use it

To run the marketplace, verify suppliers, prevent fraud, send the notifications you choose, and meet legal and tax record-keeping duties in Bangladesh.

Who can see it

National ID, BIN, TIN and KYC documents are visible only to you, your company administrators where relevant, the trading partner on a purchase order (BIN/TIN only), and authorised platform staff. Public profiles show these numbers masked.

Private files are served through short-lived signed links. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Purchase orders, audit logs and financial records are retained for as long as the law requires, even after account deletion.

Your rights

You can view and correct your data in Profile, download a copy of it, and request deletion of your account from Profile → Privacy. You may withdraw optional consents at any time.

We follow GDPR-style principles (lawfulness, minimisation, purpose limitation, security) and Bangladesh data protection practice, including the Digital Security and Cyber Security laws in force.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage only, to keep you signed in and remember preferences. No advertising trackers are used.
